Every detail of the Pro-Grip MAX™ MIG torch has been engineered with the user in mind. We work to ensure that every aspect of the design is simple, comfortable and effective. With superior ergonomics, the Pro-Grip MAX™ reduces fatigue, increases comfort and improves performance.
Pro-Grip MAX™ History
1995 saw Parweld patent the new Screwless MIG Torch handle design. Utilising this handle design, in 2010, the in-house Parweld R&D Department launched a revolutionary, ergonomically superior PRO-Grip™ MIG Torch Handle System featuring integrated dual soft grips to allow the user to relax but never lose their grip. This was the first Parweld Torch to have over moulded grips. 2 Years later, in 2012, Parweld expanded the PRO-Grip™ Series into the TIG Torch Range. Overtime design and development processes have taken place to create the current PRO-Grip MAX™ Series available across a range of MIG, TIG and PLASMA Torches for both Welding and Cutting Applications.

Pro-Grip MAX™ Control Handle
The Pro-Grip MAX™ Control Handle allows the user to control welding machine parameters directly from the torch. Control modules are available in 2 and 4 button versions, and can be assembled to the handle in seconds.
The Control modules are powered by the native control voltage of the power source through the existing trigger wires, so no additional wiring or connectors are required on the power source. When a button is pressed it returns a unique voltage back to the machine. The power source uses simple logic to act on the voltages being received.
OLED Display MIG Control Module
For use with the Parweld XTM211Di and XTM221Di machines, this control module provides a mirrored version of the information and control provided by the machine. It will not work on other machines without the reprogramming of the torch mounted microprocessor, which can be done in accordance with the requirements of the OEM machine manufacturer.
4 Button MIG Control Module
Allows the selection and adjustment of multiple parameters on the power source for complete remote control.
2 Button MIG Control Module
Allows the up/down control of a single predefined parameter such as synergic power control or wire speed.
OLED Display MIG Control Module
For use with the Parweld XTM211Di and XTM221Di machines, this
control module provides a mirrored version of the information and control
