Push Pull
Torch Handle System From Parweld
About Push Pull Torches
Developed in-house in 2017, Parweld established both XP8 and BZL Push Pull MIG/MAG Welding Torches. Push Pull Technology gives the ability to pull the wire through the torch with the 2 roll drive motor in sync with the machine drive rolls eliminating potential feed errors.
Push Pull Features

Push Pull Drive System
Modern, European manufactured, DC motor, smaller, lighter and more powerful. Constant speed output therefore constant wire feed and weld appearance. 27m (88ft) per minute maximum wire feed speed.
Push Pull Drive Modules

For machines with no push-pull gun drive control option. Mounted on or in the machine/feed unit. It is hard wired into the machines power and triggering circuits. The module can be connected to an AC or DC supply voltage within a range of 18 to 42V and it will convert the voltage to suit the drive motor.

For use with machines that have a 24V DC or 42V DC rated push-pull gun motor speed control output option. Mounted in-line between the torch control lead and the machine/push feed unit. Connected to the
control socket*. Converts the machines drive output from 24V DC or 42V DC, to the correct voltage for Parweld push-pull torch motor.
*A machine control socket compatible plug
must be purchased in addition and can be
fitted to customer wiring specifications

XP8 Push Pull
As with our standard XP8, every component has been designed and manufactured to the highest specification.
XP8 Performance
XP8 front end consumables and neck design offer robust features, performance and service life as standard.
XP8 Options
Wide range of necks available in various combinations of length and bend angle. Both Air and Water cooled models available. Fully rotating neck for multi-positional welding in those limited access, difficult to reach locations. Offering better welder comfort and reducing fatigue.
XP8 Neck Liners
Quick and easy change over with dedicated neck liners.
Remote Feed Rate Control
Option torch mounted variable wire feed rate control.

BZL Push Pull
Same quality features as the PRO-Grip Max™ BZL Range.
Features
Quick change neck with dedicated neck liners.
Control
Torch can be ordered with interface units compatible to your power source and will suit almost any power source configuration. Remote speed control on the torch is available as an option.
