In March, Parweld launched the XTT 212 Di to replace the XTT 212 P, as the first TIG Inverter in the Parweld range to feature a Digital Interface. This was followed up later in the year by the arrival of the XTT 315 Di, successor to the XTT 353 P. Both TIG Inverters feature a Multi-Language Digital Interface, Water Cooling Options, Constant Current Control, Variable Frequency for faster welding, IP23S Enclosure Protection and various TIG Welding Capabilities. These capabilities include; Pulsed TIG – allowing Superior Arc Control, DC Mix TIG, Multi-Wave AC TIG, Square-Wave AC TIG, HF, Lift, Spot, Stitch and MMA Stick welding.

Exclusive to the Benelux Region – Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, this single phase (240V) 4-in-1 multi-process, 200A Inverter is capable of MIG, TIG AC, TIG DC and MMA Welding. With 5kg (200mm) Wire Spool Size, compacted into a mini lightweight (at just 18kg) machine but provides a big punch!

In July, we unveiled the XTP 105 i Plasma Machine, successor to the XTP 103. A 400V, 3 Phase Inverter capable of cutting any metal (30mm production cut) with a CNC Interface for Automatic Operation. The inverter is also Generator Friendly (at 15 KVA), capable of 100A @ 100% Duty Cycle, 21.6A Eff Input Current, 32A Minimum Fuse Rating, Short Circuit Starting Method, features 20-100A Output Current and has a KVA rating of 13 KVA. This cutter machine accompanies the latest Plasma Torch of the XTY 125.

Overview

In July, we unveiled the XTP105i Plasma Machine, successor to the XTP103. A 400V, 3 Phase Inverter capable of cutting any metal (30mm production cut) with a CNC Interface. This cutter machine accompanies the latest Plasma Torch of the XTY125.

Parweld PPE welcomed a new set of Welders Gauntlets to the product range. The P3821 Gold Welding Gauntlets, are constructued with a fully reinforced palm for enhanced performance and durability.

In addition to the Filler Metal collection, Parweld added in a new TIG Tungsten Electrode Rod to the TIG Accessories. Consisting of 98% Tungsten and 2% Lanthanum, Suitable for DC Welding on Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Nickel and Titanium with a specialty of Easy Ignition Low Power consumption both AC and DC Welding.

Within Selected Markets, such as the UK, Parweld have released new style Sirocco Gas Regulators, developed for various gas applications including: Argon, Oxygen, CO2, Propane and Acetylene. Single, Double or No Gauge Options available.

MIG Torch Holder (MTH) - finished in dark blue and TIG Torch Holder (TTH) - finished in bright yellow, both fitted with magnetic base. Handy holder to store your Welding torch and have it within reach whilst welding. Sturdy magnetic base, prevents damage to the torch.

Also added to the Parweld Accessory range are Work Holding Magnets. Designed to allow joint setting at 90° and 45° internal or external corners during welding applications.

Alongside the Holding Magnets, Parweld has expanded on the range of Earth Clamps, with new Magnetic Eareth Clamps. The standard Magnetic Earth Clkamp is avaialble with 400A (Code: 665500) or 600A (Code: 666500) option. There is also a Rotating Magnetic Earth Clamp, with max Amps of 600A, this magnetic clamp allows the flexibility of a revolving motion (Code: 664500)

Exclusive to the UK, Parweld expanded the range of Kapriol workwear clothing and accessories. Starting with a collection of Winter clothing/accessories at the start of the year. Featuring new hoodies, sweatshirts, full-length trousers, gilet jackets/bodywarmer vests, headwear, shorts, padded winter coat jackets, overalls and footwear. The expansion saw specific trade orientated clothing and accessories welcomed into the range, such as Hi-Vis items, Painter/Decorator accessories, Outdoor Agricultural tailored products and Industry related clothing. Later in the year, Parweld added a range of Summer/Autumn orientated selection of clothing. With select T-Shirt, Shorts, Trousers and Sweatshirts utilising the Dynamic 37.5 ® Thermo Regulated Temperature Control Technology. Additions also included Padded Coat Jackets with Recycled Polyester Thermore EkoDown Padding Fibers, offering an envrionmentally friendly product whilst maintaining warmth and comfort. Events and Exhibitions

Our first big exhibition of the year came from the historic and world famous Silverstone Race Circuit in the heart of England, with the Troy Means Business Event for 2024. Taking place on Thursday the 21st of March, the Parweld UK team showcased a range of PPE products including our latest Kapriol branded workwear clothing & accessories.

The team at Parweld Benelux unveiled an exclusive look at the upcoming XR helmet line-up, alongside Parweld Torches, Machines and Gloves/Gauntlets at the Welding Week Event (part of the Advanced Manufacturing Belgium). Held at the Antwerp Expo in the north of Belgium, between the 14th - 16th May, the team arrived in their brand new state-of-the-art demonstration vehicle.

Between the 13th - 16th August 2024, Parweld WUXI attended the Beijing Essen Welding & Cutting Fair. The global event returned to Shanghai for the 27th edition, bringing the future of welding advancements and technology to China, Asia and the rest of the world.

From October 15th - 17th, Parweld joined thousands of metal forming, fabricating, welding & finishing professionals and exhibiting companies at the FABTECH Event in Orlando, Florida. It was great to head to the USA to meet both existing and new potential customers, demonstrating our finest PRO-Grip MAX™ Welding Torches.

The Parweld España team returned to the MetalMadrid Show for 2024. Celebrating the events 15th year, bringing the latest Parweld welding Torches, Machines, PPE (Welding/Cutting Safety Equipment) and consumable accessories to the continent of Europe on Wednesday 20th and Thursday 21st of November.

Corporate News

In January 2024, Parweld started the year with the announcement of the Reinsol and Parweld Torch Technology buyout. Parweld acquired the two Spanish based businesses, Reinsol S.L. - a specialist in multi-brand distribution of welding products across Spain and Parweld Torch Technology S.L. (now referred to as Parweld España) - a long-term wholesaler for Parweld Products throughout Spain.

Across 2024, Parweld unveiled new additions to the XP range of Filler Metal Welding Consumable, Wire, Rods and Electrode Products. Alongside this, Parweld introduced a new brand design for XP Welding Consumables, with a revised logo and a fresh eye-catching packaging style.

As part of the Parweld Go Green sustainability initiative, new 100% recyclable PPE Packaging is rolled out. This new packaging includes Paper Sleeves and the removal of single use plastics, to reduce the harmful impact on the environment. Alongside this, new header card designs were added to the Panther PPE range of Gloves.
