New Products For 2025

This year marks a significant milestone for Parweld, particularly in the realm of Welding Fume Extraction and Safety. We’ve introduced game-changing respiratory protection with the launch of the XR943A and the XR944A PAPR Helmets. In addition, the revolutionary PRO-FUME MIG/MAG Fume Extraction Torches have set a new industry standard for a safer working environment. Beyond safety, we’ve also launched other key products, including the new Weld-Check® Inspection Gauges for precise quality control and the highly efficient Portable Tungsten Grinder.

In an era defined by rapidly advancing AI and robotics, the Parweld COBOT represents the next evolution in welding efficiency. Designed to automate the welding process with exceptional precision, this system eliminates the issue of operator fatigue, allowing for consistent, high-quality welds over extended periods. By maintaining peak productivity throughout long shifts, the COBOT ensures that every weld meets the same rigorous standard, maximising output without compromising quality.

Engineered for versatility, catering to both continuous mass production and bespoke manufacturing needs. It offers The ability to set up jobs for repeat manufacturing, with start/stop pendants for small batch manufacturing.

Parweld PRO-FUME MIG Welding Torches are engineered to capture harmful fumes directly at the source while maintaining exceptional welder comfort. The ergonomic handle and ball-joint design ensure the torch remains lightweight and easy to manoeuvre, while the large suction nozzle delivers high-volume flow for efficient extraction without compromising performance.

Available in both air-cooled and water-cooled models, these torches feature a thumb-operated vent for precise vacuum control and a rotatable hose connection to prevent tangling. Built for durability with puncture-resistant hosing and leather protection, the PRO-FUME range fully meets ISO and EN safety standards, offering a robust solution for industrial welding.

Parweld’s XR943A and XR944A PAPR (Powered Air Purifying Respirator) systems deliver next-generation respiratory protection for particulate environments, offering certified TH3P filtration to maximise welder safety and comfort. Both units are built around a smooth, ultra-quiet brushless motor with two-speed airflow control, a lightweight design, and a long-lasting Li-ion battery providing up to 11 hours of continuous operation. The distinction lies in the headpiece: the XR943A features a flip-up Auto-Darkening welding and grinding helmet for versatile use, while the XR944A provides comprehensive face and eye safety with an EN 166-F rated full-face protective visor, ideal for applications requiring high-level protection against impact, liquid splash, and dust.

Parweld brings you the convenient Hand-Held Tungsten Electrode Grinder, a portable and efficient tool designed for sharpening tungsten electrodes used in TIG welding, allowing welders to easily maintain and sharpen their tungsten electrodes on-site, ensuring optimal performance and arc quality without the need for fixed workshop equipment.

Featuring a durable, double-sided diamond grinding disc, the tool is engineered to produce cleaner, more efficient electrode points. By reducing electrode waste and ensuring consistent geometry, the Hand-Held Tungsten Electrode Grinder significantly improves weld quality and overall productivity in any demanding work environment.

Parweld introduces the Weld-Check® Gauges, an extensive range of weld inspection and fit-up gauges engineered to provide comprehensive solutions for quality assurance across various fabrication disciplines. These precision tools are crucial for inspectors and fabricators, allowing them to accurately measure critical weld parameters such as fillet size, throat thickness, crown height, and misalignment.

By utilising the Weld-Check® Gauges, users can quickly verify that welds meet strict international quality standards and specification requirements, thereby minimising rework, ensuring structural integrity, and promoting consistent, high-quality output throughout the production process.

Parweld unveils the Sirocco Side-Entry Gas Regulators, a specialised range, meticulously designed and engineered for gas cylinders where the connection valve is horizontally oriented. These regulators ensure a streamlined and compact setup, which is essential for environments with limited space or specific cylinder configurations.

The Sirocco line is built for reliable, precise gas flow control, maximising both safety and operational efficiency. Exclusively available for the UK and Éire Markets, these regulators offer exceptional quality and durability, guaranteeing stable pressure delivery for optimal welding and cutting performance.

Parweld now supply a range of Industrial Marker products from both the Markal and SAKURA brands. Specialised marking tools designed for use in various industrial applications. Unlike regular pens or markers, they are built to withstand demanding environments and mark effectively on a wide range of surfaces, often under challenging conditions.

Industrial markers offer several key benefits specifically for welding applications, including; Marking on Various Metal Surfaces, Temporary or Permanent Marking, Accurate Layout Marking, Material Identification, Prevention of Contamination, Resistance to Welding Conditions, Durability of Marks, Visibility Through Welding Helmet, Weld Sequence and Instructions.

The company’s dedication to sportsmanship extended across multiple leagues and disciplines, including major football sponsorships with Kidderminster Harriers FC, Bewdley Town FC, and Hull City Ladies FC in the UK, alongside support for Silla CF in Spain. Additionally, Parweld proudly continues its partnership with the Worcestershire County Cricket Club, sponsoring the Rapids team.
