MIG/MAG Fume Extraction Welding Torches

Introducing the revolutionary Parweld PRO-FUME Welding Torches – a new era in welding safety and efficiency. These innovative MIG/MAG fume extraction welding torches, available in both air and water-cooled versions, have been meticulously designed and engineered to meet the highest industrial standards. The PRO-FUME range sets a new benchmark for operator protection, seamlessly integrating powerful fume extraction capabilities with the robust performance and reliability that welders expect from Parweld.

WELDING FUMES ARE DANGEROUS TO HEALTH AND HAVE BEEN LINKED TO LUNG CANCER.
It is essential that you are using the best protection and performance available to remove welding fumes from the working environment. PAPR filter systems provide protection for the welder by cleaning the air they are welding but do not reduce the volume of fume in the air and so do not provide protection to the welder when they are setting up or doing other operations. Fume extraction must be part of any protection strategy, for a welder working in fixed locations extraction hoods are effective but rely on the welder to ensure the hood is in the correct position to remove the fumes. For anyone working in a mixed manufacturing environment or where they move around the fabrication then on torch fume extraction is the perfect solution.

MIG Fume Key Features

Parweld PRO-FUME MIG/MAG Welding Torch

Superior Grip Handle
Our grip handle is designed with our tried and tested
grip geometry and the handle size has been kept to a
minimum without reducing the vacuum and flow volume.
The perfect grip is combined with the balance and as low
weight as possible by using inventive component design.

Large Thumb Operated Vent
We have included a thumb adjustable sliding vent
to allow vacuum regulation when required; for example
reducing front end suction when in tight corners.

Sealed Ball Joint
Our standard handle ball joint has been adapted
so that it is fully sealed, minimising vacuum losses,
at the same time as increasing manoeuvrability
for the welder.

Large Open Suction Nozzle
A large opening suction nozzle design
ensures maximum volume of flow at the front
end. Removing welding fume most efficiently.

Puncture Resistant Hose
Flexible and puncture resistance hosing has been used along the torch length.
And we have stepped the size along the harness to increase vacuum suction
at the front of the torch.

Leather Cover Protection
Protective leather cover on the torch end hose, eliminates
hose punctures from hot sparks and sharp edges.

Rotatable Vacuum Hose Connection Outlet
At the machine end there is a rotatable outlet for perfect positioning of the hose connection
towards the extraction unit. Joints are fully sealed to minimise vacuum losses. And a standard
2” (51mm) size connection can be adapted to other hose sizes with hose connector options.

Parweld PRO-FUME MIG/MAG Welding Torch

Reduced component size and weight, reduces flow restriction

Most importantly, our torches are tested and comply with ISO 21904-1 achieving the required volumetric flow of welding fume.

Lightweight With Enhanced Ergonomics

PRO-Fume torches are designed with balance and weight in mind to reduce operator fatigue. The torch handles are designed to sit naturally in the operator’s hand, without sharp corners or edges that could create stress points. Reducing cases of RSI and improving operator performance.

The extraction hose has a smaller diameter near the torch handle, thereby reducing weight and increasing flexibility. All the hose joints are articulated to improve flexibility.

Improved Extraction Efficiency

The extraction hose take-off can be rotated to match the location of the extraction unit. The joints are sealed with
O-Rings to improve extraction efficiency and reduce the effects of wear on the ball joints, extending service life.

MIG/MAG Fume Torch Extraction Chamber

Durable Extraction Chamber

Aluminium extraction chamber ensures durability, heat resistance and no loss of extraction

Thumb Operated Vent Control

The Vent Control is perfectly placed on top of the handle for single-handed operation
