Between the 20th and 23rd of January 2026, Parweld invited our UK and Éire customers for the unveiling of the LC Laser Welding and LC Laser Cleaning Machines, alongside demonstrations and presentations of our Cobot Setup, PPE products, Filler Metal Welding Consumables, Fume Extraction range, a run through of our Quality Control Test Equipment and a sneak preview of the new PLASMA Cutting Machines – XTP CM. The event served as a premier showcase for the future of fabrication, featuring exclusive partnership reveals, hands-on demonstrations, and a first look at the next generation of Welding and Cutting technology.
Laser Welding Machines & Cleaning Machines
The headline of the week was the official unveiling of Parweld’s strategic partnership with LC Lasers. Based in Spain, LC Lasers is a European leader in industrial laser technology, renowned for engineering robust, high-performance systems that prioritise user safety and intuitive control.
Attendees witnessed live demonstrations of the new Laser Welding and Laser Cleaning machines, showcasing how this laser technology can drastically reduce heat distortion and post-weld cleanup times compared to traditional methods.
This new partnership allows an exclusive distribution of LC Lasers to the UK and Irish markets through Parweld.
Cobot Welding Systems
Beyond the laser revolution, the Open Week provided a deep dive into the broader Parweld ecosystem, including our Cobot Setup.
In partnership with RBW, Parweld has developed a seamless Cobot (Collaborative Robot) setup utlising Parweld manufactured Cobot Welding Torches, RBW arm, APT+ Welding Machines (from Parweld) and an Android Tablet Device. During the week, demonstrations and talks were held to outline the benefits such a setup could provide to workshops of all sizes.
PPE & Safety Accessories
Parweld are very happy to welcome Shin Uppal to the team. Appointed as PPE Technical and Sourcing Lead, Shin has vast experience in the PPE sector having over 30 years’ experience under his belt. Shin guided visitors through the latest advancements in protective equipment, emphasising Parweld’s commitment to Quality Assurance and Compliance, whilst maintaining wearer comfort.
Fume Extraction & Test Equipment
Technical Director Jonathan Websdell and Senior Project Engineer Will Walker provided comprehensive overviews of fume extraction solutions, from our MIG/MAG PRO-FUME Extraction Torches and new TIG PRO-FUME Extraction Torches, alongside new Mobile Fume Extraction Units and the latest Respiratory Helmets/Visors (XR943A and XR944A), addressing the ever-evolving health and safety regulations in the industry.
Will also provided more in-depth presentations on the rigorous Quality Control Product Testing Equipment used by Parweld. Visitors went behind the scenes to see the specialised testing equipment and setups for Welding Torches and PAPR (Powered Air Purifying Respirator) units, ensuring every product meets the highest industrial standards.
Power Source Machines & Rotators
This event offered an exclusive sneak peek preview of the XTP CM range, Parweld’s upcoming line of PLASMA Cutting Machines. These bold new machines boast a cutting ability into any metal featuring a CNC interface for automatic operations, allowing it to seamlessly work with CNC profiling equipment. Slated for full release later this year, each machine will be supplied with an XT4000 plasma torch as standard.
Welding Consumables
This Open Week wasn't just about showing off new kit; it was about showing our customers the roadmap for the next decade of welding. From the precision of LC Lasers to the automation of RBW, we are giving our partners the tools to stay competitive in a global market.
Seeing our UK and Irish partners engage so enthusiastically with the new LC Laser technology was a personal highlight. Our goal for 2026 is to bridge the gap between traditional craftsmanship and high-tech automation. This Open Week proved that our customers are ready and eager to embrace that future with Parweld.
