Parweld Introduces a NEW Water Cooled Torch with Exceptional Cooling Capacity
The 501XW uses an innovative water flow system that provides superior cooling to the contact tip and the nozzle. Standard 501 torches only cool the contact tip and double cooled torches often require larger handles and heavier necks.
Testing has proven an increase in the cooling capacity at the front end of the torch. A reduction in temperature as high as 45%, compared with other water cooled torches (Including double cooled type).

The PRO-GRIP MAX™ 501XW torch can be used at higher load levels for longer compared with traditional water cooled torches of the same physical size and it is ideal for synergic and pulse applications.
The front end consumables are current, standard parts. We have also used our proven two component PRO-GRIP MAX™ handle system, which offers optimum ergonomics, a torch that is easy to hold in all positions and economy all in one package.
