Access Parweld Multi-Language User/Operator Manuals, Certificates of Compliance, Safety Data Sheets, Declarations of Conformity, Instruction Booklets and Other Data Sheets from around the world, with our NEW Documents Library Website: www.parweld.info
Parweld is pleased to launch a new standalone digital platform, dedicated exclusively to technical compliance and product support. The Parweld Documents Library will serve as a comprehensive, centralised hub for distributors and end-users, from around the globe, to access vital documentation across the entire Parweld ecosystem.
Jonathan Websdell, Technical Director at Parweld, emphasises that this is about more than just file storage—it is about industry responsibility.
At Parweld, our responsibility to the customer does not end at the point of sale; in many ways, that is where it truly begins. In an industry defined by precision and safety, transparency is non-negotiable.
This new Documents Library represents a significant investment in our technical infrastructure. We are moving towards a model of total accessibility, ensuring that whether a client needs a UKCA Declaration of Conformity for an audit, or a complex wiring diagram for a machine repair, the information is accurate, up-to-date, and instantly available. This is the future of technical support at Parweld.
The library will cover the full spectrum of the Parweld catalogue:
- Welding & Cutting Torches
- Power Sources & Electrical Accessories
- Welding Consumables & Filler Metals
PPE & Workplace Protection
While the content is technical, the delivery mechanism is being designed for speed and usability. With a folder structure meticulously designed, by our Technical team, for ease of access and convenience for users. The structure is broken down into 4 core components; Declarations of Conformity & Certificates, Safety Data Sheets, Test Certificates and User Manuals & Product Technical Data Sheets. From there, the core four is divided by the product categories of Welding Consumables, Torches, Power Source Machines & Other Electrical Accessories and PPE & Workplace Protection, with further subdivisions of product types. For example under the User Instruction Manuals & Product Technical Data Sheets is the folder “Welding / Cutting Power Sources & Electrical Accessories” with a sub-folder for “XTM (MIG/MAG)”, allowing users to filter and locate product specific informational documents with ease.
Alongside the folder structure, the new website will feature advanced search functionality, allowing users to search by product name, SKU, batch code or descriptions.
James Longdon, Website & E-Commerce Manager at Parweld, explains the digital strategy behind separating the library from the other sites:

Learn more about the layout & design hierarchy of the Documents Library.
We recognised that the user journey for buying a product is very different from the user journey for finding a safety certificate, for example. By building a dedicated Documents Library, we can optimise the architecture specifically for search and retrieval.
The streamlined, mobile-responsive interface puts the document in the user's hand in as few clicks as possible. It’s about removing friction and adding value to the Parweld digital experience on a global scale.
Alongside parweld.com, the new Documents Library: parweld.info, is hosted on a new state of the art dedicated server, specifically for Parweld. By hosting both these websites on this new server, we hope to achieve far superior performance and greater efficiency for all customers and users needing to access vital documents, content and information.

The Folder Structure
The Parweld Documents Library is designed as a hierarchical “drill-down” system, intended to guide users from the type of document a user requires, through to the product type/category and then from there, to help them reach a specific product file. This avoids the clutter of a single, unorganised list.
The top-level folders categorise the type of document you are looking for. This allows users to immediately filter out irrelevant files (e.g., separating safety certificates from user manuals).
Product Category Sub-Folders (excl. Test Certificates)
The Declarations, Safety Data Sheets and Instruction Manuals are then divided down into the different product categories.
To streamline navigation, we implemented a filtered folder structure. Rather than overwhelming users with a single repository of all documents, the system groups files by product type (e.g., ‘Welding Power Sources’ > ‘XTT (TIG)’). This logic ensures users are presented only with relevant sub-folders, significantly reducing search time.
Welding Consumable Test Certificates Sub-Folders
Unlike the other 3 folders, this folder is divided down by Tungsten Electrodes and the brand of consumables.
By nesting folders this way, the library ensures that a user looking for a specific Instruction Manual doesn’t have to scroll past hundreds of Torch Diagrams or PPE Safety Data Sheets. It turns a potential search of 1,000+ files into a simple process of 3-4 clicks maximum.
Declarations & Certificates Of Compliance
Welding / Cutting Torches & Torch Accessories
The documentation, for Torches and Torch Consumables, validates adherence to the relevant conformities. Manufacturer-signed Declaration of Conformity allows Parweld distributors and end-users to definitively prove they are using equipment that meets the highest safety benchmarks.
PPE & Workplace Protection
The EU and UKCA Declarations of Conformity (DoC) are the single most critical documents for any piece of safety equipment. They serve as a binding legal guarantee that all Parweld PPE and Panther PPE products—including the Panther PRO and Panther BLACK sub-brands—fully comply with every relevant health and safety regulation.
Welding Consumables
For consumables like welding wire and rods that are frequently used in structural, pressure-retaining, and other high-integrity applications, proof of compliance is not optional—it is a legal and contractual necessity.
The Declaration of Performance (DoP) is a vital legal document, mandatory under the Construction Products Regulation (CPR). For all XP and Weldiber products that fall under the CPR (e.g., specific structural welding consumables), the DoP outlines the essential characteristics, performance, and chemical properties of the material, referencing the relevant EN standards. Users can instantly retrieve the product’s declared performance values, which is essential for project specification, ensuring the material meets the exact mechanical properties required for the weld joint.
The Certificate of Conformity (FPC), often paired with the DoP, confirms that the product’s performance is consistently maintained. This certificate verifies that Parweld’s internal quality management system for manufacturing the XP and Weldiber consumables is assessed and certified by an external Notified Body. It guarantees that our production process is subject to continuous surveillance to ensure the material characteristics never deviate from the declared performance.
Safety Data Sheets
Understanding the chemical composition of the materials entering your workshop is not just best practice—it is a legal requirement under regulations such as COSHH. The Parweld Documents Library provides a centralised repository for Safety Data Sheets (SDS), including Material Safety Data Sheets and Chemical Compositions. This ensures that Safety Officers can instantly identify hazards, establish safe handling protocols, and manage environmental disposal.
The primary focus of our SDS repository is the Filler Metals range. While welding wire and rods are solid metals, the process of welding transforms them into fumes and gases.
Our Safety Data Sheets for MIG/MAG Wire, TIG Rods, and Electrodes provide an exhaustive chemical breakdown of the product before and during use. This allows Occupational Hygienists to:
Identify Critical Elements: Quickly pinpoint the percentage of specific alloying elements, such as Manganese (Mn), Chromium (Cr), or Nickel (Ni), which are critical for determining the necessary level of respiratory protection.
Assess Fume Risks: Understand the potential hazardous decomposition products generated during the arc process, enabling accurate air quality monitoring and risk assessment.
Safety management extends beyond the welding arc. The library hosts critical safety data for the full spectrum of workshop consumables:
Chemical Fluids: Immediate access to SDS for Anti-Spatter Sprays, Gels, Pastes and Fluids. These documents outline vital first aid measures for skin/eye contact and provide instructions for the safe containment of spills.
Grinding & Abrasives: While often overlooked, grinding discs generate dust that can be hazardous. Our SDS files for Cutting and Grinding Discs detail the abrasive materials (e.g., Aluminium Oxide, Zirconia) and bonding resins used, ensuring users are aware of the particulate risks during mechanical preparation.
By making these documents instantly searchable, Parweld helps workshops build a complete “Material & Chemical Inventory,” transforming complex regulatory compliance into a streamlined, digital process.
Test Certificates
The reliability of a weld is defined by the provenance of the filler metal, the Documents Library introduces a robust digital archive for Inspection Certificates (Type 3.1) across our XP and Weldiber consumable ranges, as well as our Tungsten Electrodes. This feature replaces the traditional paper trail with a searchable digital database, ensuring that every batch of wire or rod used in production can be traced back to its specific manufacturing test results. Offering a granular breakdown of the material’s actual performance characteristics, essential for validating Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
Chemical Composition: Users can view the precise percentage by weight of alloying elements—such as Carbon (C), Manganese (Mn), Silicon (Si), and trace elements. This data is critical for predicting weldability, cooling rates, and potential susceptibility to cracking.
Mechanical Properties: The certificates detail the destructive testing results of the weld metal, including:
Yield & Tensile Strength (MPa): Confirming the load-bearing capacity.
Elongation (%): Verifying ductility.
Impact Energy (Charpy V-Notch): Proving toughness at specific test temperatures (e.g., -20°C or -40°C).
The library will also host full Test Certificates for the Magmaweld range. This creates a unified “single source of truth” for your consumables inventory, meaning you don’t need to visit multiple manufacturer sites to gather the documentation for a single project.
The ability to instantly download these signed Inspection Certificates ensures that your “Quality Pack” is always audit-ready, reducing administrative delays and ensuring full compliance with legislative requirements.
Whether it’s welding wire, rods, or electrodes—traceability is paramount. Our customers need to verify the chemical and mechanical properties of the consumables they are using.
This library ensures that batch-specific Test Certificates and Data Sheets are just a few clicks away. This immediate access streamlines quality control for our clients and provides the assurance needed for high-integrity applications.

- Filter & Lens Specifications: Detailed technical data regarding shade ranges, optical classes, and particle filtration efficiency (P3, TH3, etc.).
Welding Consumables
The Parweld Documents Library offers a complete archive of product Technical Data Sheet (TDS) files for our entire Filler Metal range, these documents go far beyond simple product descriptions; they provide the “typical” performance data and operational guidance necessary to match the right consumable to the specific application.
The Data Sheets provide a clear snapshot of the Typical Chemical Composition and Typical Mechanical Properties (Yield, Tensile, Elongation, and Impact Strength), allowing users to compare the theoretical performance of a Parweld wire against the base material specifications, ensuring the chosen product will provide the necessary strength and corrosion resistance required by the welding procedure. The Data Sheets serve as a practical guide for the welder, detailing:
Welding Parameters: Recommended settings for Amperage (A) and Voltage (V) based on wire diameter and position.
Shielding Gas Recommendations: Guidance on the optimal gas mixtures (e.g., Ar/CO2 ratios) to achieve the best arc stability and cleanest bead profile.
Base Materials: A definitive list of parent metals and grades that the consumable is compatible with, preventing costly metallurgical mismatches.
The Data Sheets bridge the gap between technical need and inventory management. They include:
Packaging Formats: Details on spool types, weights (5kg, 15kg, bulk packs), and vacuum sealing for moisture control.
Available Sizes: A clear matrix of available diameters (0.6mm through to 3.2mm+), helping users confirm availability for their specific feed systems.
Key Features & Applications: Concise summaries of “Best Use Cases”—whether it’s for robotic automotive welding, heavy structural steel, or thin-sheet fabrication—helping users quickly identify the right tool for the task.
