Available to Parweld WUXI customers, a spool gun is a specialised MIG welding torch that holds a small wire spool directly on the handle, featuring its own drive rollers to feed the wire to the contact tip. This design minimizes the distance the wire travels, which significantly reduces issues like wire kinking and "bird's nesting" commonly associated with feeding soft wires, such as aluminum. Spool guns provide improved control, consistent weld quality, and a longer reach for remote jobs, making them ideal for working with soft alloys and in fieldwork or large construction projects

Damper fitted to the potentiometer assembly enables the welder to precisely adjust the welding current with gloves on.

Heavy duty current strap mounting provides reliable heat free power transfer form the power cable to the neck.
Thicker and Y-shaped conducting bar provides better conductivity and larger contact area.
