PLASMA Cutting From Parweld

Combined with a Plasma Cutting Torch, the Parweld XTP inverters are the ideal machine for any metalwork application. Plasma Cutters are used to cut any metal material, such as Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Aluminium, Brass, Copper etc. They are not suitable for cutting plastics, wood, ceramic, glass and masonry materials.

Parweld Plasma Cutters utilise a high velocity ionised gas to enable efficient and clean cuts through various metals, giving operators more control over their cuts to reach their specific cutting requirements. Parweld manufactures inverters with the ability to produce intricate cuts, whilst ensuring minimal heat affected zones and providing high cutting speeds, regardless of the material thickness. The Parweld aim is to produce Plasma Power Sources that are a key asset to any thin or thick metal cutting projects.

PLASMA CM Line

The Compressor Machine have an Integrated Air Supply. Standard XTP units require a separate, dedicated external air compressor connected via an air line to operate.

PLASMA CNC Line

The Computer Numerical Control Machine Line feature Automated System Integration. While standard XTP machines are configured strictly for manual hand-torch cutting, the CNC variants are pre-configured out of the box to interface directly with automated CNC cutting tables.

  • Automated Interface Port: Equipped with a dedicated rear CPC/CNC rear connector port supplying start/stop signals, transfer arc signals, and divided arc voltage feedback to the CNC controller.

  • Machine Torch Ready: Engineered to pair directly with straight machine torches (rather than standard handheld ergonomic torches) for seamless mounting onto CNC gantries.

  • Voltage Divider Integration: Features built-in selectable voltage divider ratios to protect automated table controllers from high voltage voltage spikes.
