The Sirocco Gas Regulator series offers a versatile, high-performance range of single-stage regulators engineered for precise pressure and flow control across diverse industrial cutting and welding setups. Standard configurations feature robust bottom-entry models available in plugged (gaugeness) designs for maximum portability, single-gauge setups for direct output tracking, or dual-gauge configurations to monitor cylinder capacity and delivery pressure simultaneously. To accommodate various cylinder valve orientation requirements, optional side-entry configurations are also provided across key models. Built to handle severe working environments up to 300 Bar inlet pressures, the lineup offers tailored solutions supporting Argon, Oxygen, Acetylene, Propane, and CO2 fuel and shielding gas applications.

The Single Stage Plugged regulators operate without dials, featuring plugged gauge ports to prevent damage during transport while offering a streamlined, compact solution. Designed for high-pressure gas control, these units manage up to 300 Bar inlet pressures with maximum outlet capabilities depending on the selected gas variant. Offering two distinct model configurations: Stock Code 700102 for 300 Bar Oxygen providing a 10 Bar max outlet pressure, alongside Stock Code 700104 for 25 Bar Propane delivering a 4.0 Bar max outlet pressure.

Sirocco Single Stage 1 Gauge Argon Gas Regulator

The Single Stage 1 Gauge regulator provides integrated monitoring using a dedicated single dial to deliver precise gas output tracking for specific applications. Operating at up to 300 Bar inlet pressures, this configuration displays flow rates directly on the visual dial face to ensure easy reference during operation. Excluding preset or side-entry designs, Parweld provides Stock Code 700113 for 300 Bar Gauge Argon, which features an adjustable delivery setup calibrated to output a maximum flow rate of 30 lpm flow.

Built to eliminate the need for awkward angled adapters on side-valved gas bottles, this compact single-stage lineup includes Stock Code 700221 for 25 Bar Acetylene (1.5 Bar max outlet), Stock Code 700222 for 300 Bar Oxygen (10 Bar max outlet), Stock Code 700223 for 300 Bar Argon (30 lpm max flow rate), and Stock Code 700152 for 300 Bar CO2 (4.0 Bar max outlet with an extended side connection).

Engineered for straightforward operation without the need for manual adjustment, the Parweld Sirocco Argon Preset Regulator (Stock Code 700140) offers a compact, single-gauge solution ideal for standard shielding gas setups. Designed to handle up to 300 Bar inlet cylinder pressures, this single-stage model comes pre-calibrated to deliver a consistent, factory-set outlet pressure of 3.0 Bar, while its integrated single dial provides clear, continuous monitoring of the remaining cylinder contents.

- - - Flashback Arrestors - - -

Sirocco Gas Flashback Arrestors are safety devices engineered to prevent reverse gas flow and extinguish high-velocity flames in oxy-fuel welding, cutting, and heating systems. Available in both In-Line (regulator/hose-mounted) and Resettable configurations—with dedicated options for either Oxygen or Fuel gases—they provide tailored protection across different equipment setups. Standard In-Line units feature a non-return valve, a porous sintered flame-quenching element, and a thermal cut-off valve that permanently seals the line if temperatures reach 100°C. Resettable models build on this by adding a pressure-sensitive cut-off mechanism and a visual trip indicator; when a pressure wave occurs, the valve snaps shut to block the gas, but can be manually reset once the hazard is cleared. Compliant with HSE and BAM standards, both types offer vital defense against gas line explosions.

Sirocco offers two Gas In-line Flashback Arrestors: The 709102 In-Line Oxygen Flashback Arrestor with 3/8” BSP Male/Female for Connection to Regulator and the 709104 In-Line Fuel Flashback Arrestor with 3/8” BSP LH Male/Female for Connection to Regulator.

Both feature a large sintered element coupled with non return valve and includes a thermal cut off valve which activates when the heat sensitive element reaches 100ºC.

Sirocco offers two Gas Resettable Flashback Arrestors: The 709112/W Resettable Oxygen Flashback Arrestor with 3/8” BSP Male/Female for Connection to Regulator and the 709114/W Resettable Fuel Flashback Arrestor with 3/8” BSP LH Male/Female for Connection to Regulator.

Both feature a large sintered flame arrestor element, a fully guided non-return valve, a fast acting thermal cut off valve which activates when the heat sensitive element reaches 100ºC, a resettable pressure sensitive control valve and a inlet dirt filter.
