The use of cow split soft leather on the sleeves/arms and cape/shoulders (on the P3786 ONLY) provides heavy-duty protection against heat, sparks, and spatter right where heat exposure is highest, while keeping the garment comfortable during extended applicational usage.

It features heavy-duty split cowhide leather sleeves to shield your arms from heat and spatter, paired with a breathable flame-retardant cotton body that keeps hand-and-arm fatigue to a minimum. Finished with spark-proof adjustable wrists, internal storage, and Kevlar® heat-resistant stitching, it is the ideal solution for fabricators who need essential arm defense without the weight of full leather.
Built specifically to handle high-exposure environments and demanding overhead operations, the Panther BLACK P3786 delivers extended protection where sparks and radiant heat hit hardest. By expanding split cowhide leather across the shoulder area and upper chest (cape style) alongside the arms, this jacket creates an impenetrable barrier against falling slag while keeping the body cool with flame-retardant cotton. Finished with spark-proof adjustable wrists, internal storage, and Kevlar® heat-resistant stitching, it offers total confidence overhead.

The close-fit ergonomic construction delivers superior positional control by moulding tightly to the hand to eliminate internal movement and material bunching. Crafted from ultra-supple premium goat skin leather, the P3833 allows for a natural hand position and uninhibited wrist mobility, giving welders the tactile feedback needed to anchor, pivot, and maneuver the torch smoothly across challenging angles and tight joint positions.

The P3833 Gauntlets uniquely offer a Keystone Thumb over other Parweld Welding Gauntlets. A keystone thumb features a set-in thumb sewn in as a separate piece and positioned to provide maximum comfort, enhanced flexibility, and improved dexterity. The separate thumb construction also allows for reinforced stitching, increasing durability in high-wear areas. As the most ergonomic thumb design, it offers an excellent range of motion, superior comfort, and reduced hand fatigue during extended use.

The P3833 Gauntlets uniquely offer a Keystone Thumb over other Parweld Welding Gauntlets. A keystone thumb features a set-in thumb sewn in as a separate piece and positioned to provide maximum comfort, enhanced flexibility, and improved dexterity. The separate thumb construction also allows for reinforced stitching, increasing durability in high-wear areas. As the most ergonomic thumb design, it offers an excellent range of motion, superior comfort, and reduced hand fatigue during extended use.
Extended Cuffs
The P3833 Gauntlets offer an 180mm extended cuff, exceeding standard wrist-length protection used in high-heat MIG/ARC and other welding/hot work operations. Standard Gauntlets, which usually only have approx. 130mm cuff length, whilst our high-end Panther collection offers an additional 50mm of protection.
