Travelling To The Exhibition
Madrid Barajas Airport is located just 10 minutes from the exhibition centre and just 15 kilometres from the city centre, to which it is connected by Metro (Airport Stations T-1, T-2 and T-3). It has become one of the main international airports, with its new T-4 airport station, guaranteeing daily connections from the Feria de Madrid to all cities in Spain and all over the world.
Feria de Madrid can be easily reached from anywhere in the city. By Metro, via Line 8-Feria de Madrid Station, whose exit leads to the South Entrance of the exhibition centre, or by bus, using the following lines:
- Line 112-Mar de Cristal-Feria de Madrid – Bº Aeropuerto.
- Line 122-Avda. de América-Campo de las Naciones-Feria de Madrid.
- Line 828-Universidad Autónoma-Alcobendas-Canillejas-Feria de Madrid.
Renfe is the main railway operator in Spain. Madrid has two main train stations: on the one hand, the Madrid – Chamartín – Clara Campoamor Station, the closest to the fairgrounds; on the other hand, the Madrid – Puerta de Atocha – Almudena Grandes Station, located in the centre of the capital. Both offer a great combination of metro, bus and taxi services.
Feria de Madrid is connected by road to Madrid’s main access and ring roads: M 11 (Exits 5 and 7), M 40 (Exits 5, 6 and 7) and A2 (Exit 7). The South, North and East Entrances to the exhibition centre provide direct access to the different parking areas. Parking at Feria de Madrid
By taking the metro instead of the car, you will reduce your travel emissions by 73%. IFEMA is just a 1-minute walk from the ‘Feria de Madrid’ metro station. By taking the bus, you will reduce emissions by 35%. You can get to the venue gate by taking buses 122, 73, 112 and 828. If you decide to take the car, carpool with your colleagues. As well as reducing your carbon footprint by 42%, you’ll save on petrol! There are also charging points at the door of the venue so that you can come in your electric vehicle without any problem. See all the information. There are also electric charging points inside the IFEMA car park, so that your trip will be zero emissions. Consult the map. Cycle routes are increasingly present in the city of Madrid. Check the map of the different routes to get to IFEMA.
